On December 22, 2021, a meeting was held with representatives of JSC "NC KTZh" and graduates of the Kazakh University of Railways to familiarize the program for the development of young specialists "Zhas Temir"

The goal of the program is to provide the enterprises of JSC “NC“ KTZ ”with qualified specialists in the railway profile, taking into account the prospects for the development of companies and the introduction of best mentoring practices.

Requirements for the participants of the competition:
- citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- place of residence in Nur-Sultan.

The target group is graduates of railway specialties of universities in 2020 - 2022 who want to become professionals in their field and start their career in JSC “NC“ KTZ ”.

Young specialists will undergo competitive selection, which consists of five stages. The main advantage of the program is the accelerated development of young specialists under the guidance of individual mentors, from among the experienced employees of the company.

Participants undergo 3 rotations, each lasting 5 months, in the structural divisions of JSC “NC“ KTZ ”.

What will a young specialist get?
- training before each rotation;
- individual mentors;
- 3 rotations in the main specialty;
- monthly salary;
- hostel at the expense of the company;
- planning goals and individual development plans;
- monthly salary;
- work with professionals.

According to the results of the program, the best of the participants will be employed.

Acceptance of applications from participants starts on January 1, 2022.
