LABORATORY FACILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT
In the educational process, specialized laboratories are used to train students in the educational program 6B07101 - "Automation and Control", 6B07103 - "Electric Power Engineering" and 6B06102 - "Information Systems".
The department, which began its activities with two laboratories, currently has 12 rooms, 9 of which are laboratories with more than 50 operating removable stands, 2 computer classes with 20 computers. The first laboratories were created by doctors of technical sciences Kangozhin B.R. and Sultangazinov S.K. A great contribution to the development of the laboratories of the Department of A&E was made by the International Academy of Transport, academician (Russia), Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Omarov A.D.
The department has the following laboratories:
“Automation and telemechanics on stages”, “Fundamentals of digital technology and discrete devices”, “Fundamentals of electronics and automation”, “Digital devices and elements of automation”, “Theoretical foundations of electrical engineering”, “Automation and electrical power systems”, “Electrical machines and fundamentals electric drive", "Electrical measurements", "Theory of electrical circuits".
In 2010 - 2015, the department acquired modern laboratory stands in the following disciplines: Microprocessor complexes in control systems, Linear automatic control systems, Automation and telemechanics lines, Automation and telemechanics on the stage, Dispatch centralization, Automation elements and devices, Automation and telemechanics systems, Transitional processes in the electrical power industry, Theoretical foundations of electrical engineering, Electrical materials,
Electrical engineering and fundamentals of electronics, Electrical machines, Power converting devices, Design of power supply systems, Digital technology and microprocessor devices, Theory of linear electrical circuits, Theory of electrical circuits, Information and measuring technology.
In the classrooms, the state of the laboratory areas corresponds to current sanitary requirements. The laboratories are equipped with installations that allow the planned volume of laboratory classes to be completed according to the working curriculum.
Each laboratory has removable stands with which students conduct practical experiments and research. All laboratory installations are designed to provide practical study by undergraduates and students of the operating principle and characteristics of various circuits of devices and devices of railway automation, telemechanics and communications.
Over the past more than fifteen years, since the founding of the department (09/01/2000), a lot of work has been done to create a training laboratory base and training ground, and methodological support for the educational process.
In the educational process, specialized laboratories are used to train students in the specialty 5B071800 “Electrical Power Engineering”.
The department has 5 educational laboratories in basic and core disciplines of the specialty “Electrical Power Engineering” and a computer class.
In 2010 - 2015, the department acquired modern laboratory stands in the following disciplines: transient processes in the electrical power industry, theoretical foundations of electrical engineering, electrical materials, electrical engineering and fundamentals of electronics, electrical machines, power converting devices, design of power supply systems, electrical engineering and fundamentals of electronics, metrology and electrical measurements.
In the classrooms, the state of the laboratory areas corresponds to current sanitary requirements. The laboratories are equipped with installations that allow the planned volume of laboratory classes to be completed according to the working curriculum.
